just moved here 4 mos ago and it's been a slice of heaven. limitless outdoor activities less than an hour away (any direction); bright sunny warm days with cool comfortable breezy evenings; very friendly people (especially in the service area); less than 20 min to anywhere I need to go; love the washington county library system. still prepping for the inevitable cloudy winters but after these 4 mos, any kind of winter seems bearable.
