I moved from Long Beach, CA to Blue Springs, MO 2 1/2 years ago. I had lived in Long Beach for 10 years, and northern California the prior 18 years - I've never lived in any other state. Blue Springs is cheaper, cleaner, and seems to have less economic disparity. While southern California is great for college, this is definitely a better place to live.
