City grows before infrastucture

Charlotte is attempting to grow into a destination city, but has failed to provide a proper infrastructure to allow for all the growth. The streets are years behind in repairs, while at the same time, the city put in a new light rail system.
The highways need updated with lights and the widening of such, yet building a new Nascar museum has been a higher priority.
City planers do what they want and dont seem to listen to the people here.
