It's not hard at all to find a nice apartment to rent for $400-600 per month, and there are numerous condos coming up that are pretty affordable to purchase, around $100-$150 k. Also, if you're in the market for a home, there's plenty of nice neighborhoods with beautiful older homes for prices under $200K. Plus, the area is always expanding, so there's a lot of value in purchasing a home here.
