RELOCATING to Charlotte from Dallas, Texas

I visited Charlotte a few years ago and love the city. Me and my husband are planning on relocating next year. As an African American, I appreciate the culture and diversity that Charlotte seems to offer. I'd like some input on the city....anyone? Please feel free to email me.

Really would like input on the Job Market, Best Areas to live, etc...
