Your Recommendation on Moving to Charlotte NC

Charlotte NC WAS a great place to live. However, the Southeast, and Charlotte major metropolitan areas have been in a drought on and off for years, and are in an extreme drought situation at this time. This means there isn't enough water for everyone that already lives in Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
Sprinkling your lawn is forbidden, and everyone is encouraged to take a short shower, and ideally skip a shower when possible. Oh, and don't forget to reuse that towel you're using to dry off from the shower so water can be saved by not having to wash it as many times.
Cars cannot be washed unless done by an approved commercial water recycling car wash, and other measures of water conservation such as less dish washing are highly suggested. The water shortage is a serious problem in this area, and according to meterologists it doesn't appear to be going away any time soon. There are water police, and they do levy significant fines.
Why would you recommend that people move to a place that can't support what is already there?
