Charlotte is Ok

I was transfered to Charlotte almost 10 years ago and find it a good place to live. The problem with Charlotte is that they have a politcal system and elected officials who have no idea how to run a big city and they are the problem. Crime has started to rise as well as unemployment as 1000s of people move to charlotte without jobs hoping to secure employment after they arrive.
Until the officials get voted out we are going to have problems. Charlotte is also a city with rumors and lack of fact news. Recently I read a post on this page that you could not find a quality home less then 250K or you had to move to south charlotte. That is so far from the truth it is not funny there are great places in North Charlotte, Huntersville , and Cornelius where the home prices for starter homes are 175K with good scools and extremely low crime. I think that people need to get good advice about Charlotte and the various neighborhoods and they will find that that is better then most places that they relocate from.
