How is it for singles? Interracial dating?

I have hung out in Charlotte a few times and it's a nice looking city. I may move there, but I would like to know... how hard is it for a young male to meet quality women in Charlotte? How is the dating scene in general? And I date all races of women... black, white, and candy-stripe, so exactly how open-minded are people there to dating black men and dating outside of their race?
