I need some help

I am 28 years old and I just got married, my husband and I want to find a really good location to live a "young" life we are not into clubs or any of that but we do like to have a good time like movies and special outings. We would like to start a family and just basically live in a decent area. We are into working and having good things to appreciate. We are from Pennsylvania and have heard a lot about the southern areas but I really for some reason am interested in Charlotte. Does anybody know or have any very well educated opinions about this town that can help me and my husband in making a decent decision on moving there? I'd greatly appreciate it. THANKS!!!
