I've heard wonderful things about Charlotte and it's growth. I'm a professional real estate investor looking to purchase houses in Charlotte and fix them up as affordable dignified housing for middle and lower income families. I'm working to identify areas and neighborhoods that fit this demographic and that show indications of pride of ownership. I look forward to feedback!
