Review of Charlotte, North Carolina

quality of life
Star Rating - 1/2/2010
Charlotte, North Carolina is the reborn south. Although most of the population has migrated from other cities and appears very diverse it is not ,the mindset and culture is still very south and the underlying issue of racism is very prevalent. Housing is affordable and select neighborhoods provide an environment for you and your children to feel safe but like any other city that has trouble spots. As far as jobs, Charlotte is a huge networking city, so don't expect for Charlotte to be very kind in relation to work because jobs do not exist in Charlotte. Quality of Life on a scale of 1-10...... Ten is the highest. Charlotte ranks a 5,,,maybe a 6.

Oh Come on, there's no racism in Charlotte, I have been here for 20 years and I don't see it. Black people are everywhere, and no one says anything. Stop playing that card over and over and over. Just this past Saturday I went to Cosmos, which is predominantly a white bar and there were a lot of black guys starring at white girls and no one said anything. Enough already.
