Chico's decent. I've been living here for ~5 years now. Eveen though my brother loves Chico and would like to stay, I would like to leave. I have no issues with crime or transits, and I love the history, but it's mainly a college-town if you go to a certain part of downtown Chico. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Spring is usually randomly hot or cold, and fall is also spotty. Can get extremely windy at times.
