Conway has 3 colleges and lone of them will have the right atmosphere for you. Central Baptist-very conservative, Hendrix-private college, pricey, high standards, artsey/intellectual, and the University of Central Arkansas-a growing public university contantly increasing its standards with a proactive president.
You can only purchase liquor in restaurants with a membership but not long ago you could not purchase it at all. For culture look to the university and Reynolds Center, Snow Fine Arts, Baum Gallery. Restaurants here include Outback, Mike's (yummy), Cracker Barrel, Chili's. There is a new shopping mall, but the movie theatres are really old and in disrepair.
I have lived here for 9 years and I always look forward to the next place I get to move to. This location is no different and I am still looking for that great place I that I would love.
