While Costa Mesa, Ca is probably one of the best places I have ever lived, the cost of housing is very high. A nice 1 bed apartment with a pool, gym and tennis courts will run about $1,200/month. Houses run about $800,000 for a 4 bed 2 bath on about 0.12 acres.
