the elderly people have formed gangs to combat the high crime rate. one of the gangs "the west side wheelchair rides " have been targeting the local drug dealers . when the elderly gang spots someone peddling dope, they quickly roll in to action and chase off the thugs, by throwing can goods . CAN YOU BLAME THEM FOR WANTING DALLAS TO BE A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE ONCE AGAIN!!
