Nice area. Small town. area grew but front range grew alot more. Housing here is no more expenive than anywhere west of continental divide to and including Moab, UT. Very nice location, look at maps. If you wanna find something negative about a place I am sure you can.
If you like small western slope towns driving distance to lotsa places. If you like towns where traffic laws are enforced then Delta might be fore you
