South Florida Economy

Everytime I turn around, another restaurant or store has shut down. People are leaving south Florida because there are no jobs. Many houses are in foreclosure or have "short sale" signs on the front lawn. It's very depressing. Also, if you don't speak Spanish, you have little chance at getting many jobs. The only thing going for south Florida is the winter weather. Other than that, it's not a good place to live.
