I agree one hundred percent! Had my honeymoon there, gone 3 times since. Plan to leave New York for Florida for good real soon. Tropical, beautiful, plenty of culture, year around happiness and basically, on vacation every day!:) If your thinking of being happy, this place can make it happen.
