Lower cost of living, walkable neighborhoods close to everything necessary, five houses from the Atlantic Ocean, yes, house values have dropped...but so have the taxes, very friendly customer service personnel and neighbors, no long commutes, you can take back roads along the river to almost anywhere and Interstate 95 is only nine miles from the ocean shore. If you want the LA, NYC, SF, or Atlanta type of living, this is not for you. If you like the sun, sand and a low key, laid back style, then come on down.
