Great place to live, cool downtown, easy to get around. College kids can be a bit of a pain. Property owners seem to have a pride of ownership in their homes. The weather is terrific however it can be a hard place to grow anything because of the lack of rain. Fort Collins is Heaven on earth for anyone who likes great beer!
