Gardena is a very diverse community about 10 minutes outside of LA. It is wonderful with the exception of the average small shack running $500,000.00 & up with literally no lawn or a small back yard. If your neighbor's phone ring you answer it by mistake. On the up side there is always something exciting to do just minutes away! The weather is great, but not for the cost of living.I am looking to relocate to North Carolina,outside of Durham(What are the zip codes for the good sections of Durham?)I have a 4 year old; a good school system is important to me and a diverse ethnic community with low crime. Any suggestions?
