Dude. Don't f** it up. You are aiming to have 6-10x housing price to income ratio with these statements. Your income will be garbage and you will have to sell your home to avoid foreclosure. We need people to know wtf they are doing before moving to this state.

Stacy- I’m considering moving to GJ- however the reviews I’m reading about drug addicts and homeless and crime etc is starting to sway me away. Don’t get me wrong- I’ve lived in LA/Cali beach towns for a long time including Venice with our characters as well- I’m cool with people being themselves however not cool with walking by meth heads in my new small hometown downtown. Just want to get a 360 perspective - no judgement - moving is a big undertaking so want to know info to make best decision. Any other insight and truth helpful. Thanks so much. ????
