Review of Greenville, South Carolina

Great quality of life
Star Rating - 5/20/2006
My family & I moved to Greenville in August 2005 from the Northeast and so far, have found it to be a great place to live in the South. A temperate climate, sunny days, friendly people, an awesome downtown area, close to the mountains and about 3 to 4 hours from great beaches, all in all it is everything we were hoping it would be. We had looked into Florida before moving to Greenville because we love warm weather and going to the beach, but after taking everything into consideration, we realized Greenville would be safer from hurricanes, less humid and congested than Florida, a much more affordable place to raise a family, and with the vision they have for the future, a place that will only continue to get better and better!
