Poor Neighborhoods

The neighborhoods in Jacksonville are not as refined as some others. A lot of older housing coupled with low income make the street and corners look delapitated. Despite the city's efforts to clean up and beautify the streets, poor home care makes you frown as you drive in older neighborhoods that could be charming.
