Crime in jax,fla. & also about street lights to be

The crime is so bad that black people killing each other & white people killing babies and drugs in the area. I was walking down the sidewalk after leaving the family dollar on atl. blvd. What I saw was a needle by the curb. There is drugs going out here in Silversmith creek apts on 7211 crane ave. If the city is worried about the electric being used then they need to switch over to special lights that don't need wireing at all. They have those kind of lights you know. The J S O needs to beef up patrols everywhere including here at these apts on crane ave.
Note: I wonder if a person of my age could be a cop. My age now 63.
