Wonderful place to live! Jacksonville (actually I live in Ponte Vedra Beach) has a mixture of people, which allows for extreme variety in every direction! I feel that many people here are in tuned with the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and preventing illness and disease. With the beautiful downtown and the vast Atlantic coast, Jacksonville suits almost every individual preference and desire!!

I feel I have to reply to this comment with a caveat. While it is true that Ponte Vedra is a very nice place to live: Very clean, right on the beach, etc.; Most people will not be living in Ponte Vedra. Ponte Vedra is very exclusive while most other areas of Jacksonville are not. If you are thinking about moving to Jacksonville, be sure to check out the areas you can afford and see if they are as nice.
