The Northeast section of Florida does have 4 seasons and winters are usually not too cold for too long. Summers tend to be hot and humid with afternoon showers that cool it off a bit. I like the change of seasons here.
The Housing market is also great here with lots of very nice neighborhoods with plenty of affordable homes.
