La Porte is a great city to live in

I have lived in La Porte for all most 4 years. The beach is five minutes from my house. The city services are the best that I have experienced when compared to Irving, Prairie View, Beaumont, and other cities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The schools are student-focused rather than teacher-focused. The parents are also engaged in their children's education.
There are a lot of refineries near the city which makes for a safety-conscious community. The air and water is closely monitored which is also a safety precaution.
