Well, congrats, Mike - your post has got to be the most racist post I've ever seen on Sperling. So, what you're saying here is that all the loitering here from black people only. And by saying when Lancaster was 80+% white in the 1980's, that automatically made it a "tranquil city". You finish by implying that only black people receive Section 8, which we all know is a lie. So, if a fairy god mother waved her wand and all the black people disappeared, all the crime and Section 8 housing would suddenly vanish with it, because we all know non-blacks NEVER commit crimes. Right. You keep living in that racist fog you're obviously living in.
