Pros
1. very nice town 2. nice place to raise a family 3. low crime rate 4. excellent schools 5. very nice people 6. nice place for a retiree

Cons
1. A bit pricey since Longmont is so close to Boulder 2. very limited cultural scene 3. mostly lousy selection of rests 4. most people who are seeking good paying jobs commute.
