I'm a Ohioan transplanted in Los Angeles. Discharged from the US Marines at San Diego. Been here in LA LA, land almost 4 decades. Greatest weather in the US. Almost incomparable diversity. No rusty cars. Nothing to see 20 year old cars driven on a daily basis. Best produce in the US of A year round. Entertainment capitol of the WORLD. Rather courteous drivers....None of that Tail Gating witnessed in NE Ohio. Real Estate and affordable housing is a major issue, but manageable. And yes, people are leaving, but they're still coming in. Aerospace is here to stay. More military vets in Cal as well. Decent schools for kids will be a challenge as well. Bars close early....What the heck, there's always tomorrow.....with Sunshine.
