Beach Weather

So Cal really seems to be heating up these past 4 or 5 years. On average the beach areas are 5-10 degrees cooler than downtown Los Angeles or Beverly hills, and as much as 10-15 degrees cooler than nearby valley areas, but it's no longer possible to get through a summer without air conditioning. We used to get by with just open windows.
