Bus service is frequent and inexpensive @ 1.25 per boarding. Trips by car during the extended work day of 6:00AM - 7:00PM will be in heavy traffic. I have noticed that the freeways are slowing often on weekends also.
Bike lanes are plentiful and the weather is great for cycling.
