I have lived in Los Angeles now for well over 12 years and in that time i have learned to accept Los Angeles for what it is. A large spread out metropolis that is not friendly to the "average joe" trying to make a living and buy a house. The median price for a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath house is 1.1 million! Are you joking! I am actively looking to move out of Los Angeles, for that fact California.
