Review of Los Angeles, California

West Los Angeles neighborhood
Star Rating - 1/19/2010
West L.A.is a neighborhood as well as a larger region of L.A. The climate is very temperate due to its proximity to the ocean-not too hot in the summer. There is easy access to many places/areas because of the convergence of I405 (goes North and South) and I10 (goes East to West). I live in a multicultural area of W.L.A. There is a Brazilian community here, as well as Hispanic and East Indian. Also I see Blacks and Middle-Easterners. However the crime rate is low. In fact, I'm not aware of any crime in my immediate area since I've moved here 5 years ago. Also I can walk a half a block to a main street (Venice Blvd. which goes from the beach to downtown L.A.) and walk in either direction 2-3 blocks and find restaurants from at least 10 different countries.
