We have a city that is a sleeper for quality of living. You can be any place
in five minutes and we have all the major restuarants...We have a golf course that has been Rated #1 in the State for many years @ a reasonable price.We have two large lakes within one hour, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend.
Our community is located in the center of a triangle of Houston, Dallas and Shreveport and major roads into the city.A junior college is located in the city and young and retirement are welcome to the community.
