Michigan: It's going to get worse

Malady of the Midwest. Detroit has and surrounding areas are in a depression. Not a recession. It is going to get even worse before it starts to get better in 2011. It is a shame because there is lots of natural beauty in the state with the great lakes and shorelines. Tough place to live with the crime as a result of the fallout from the collapse of the auto industry.
