Milton is a quaint old town with a beautiful park along the pond and river, and a famous microbrewery. It is surrounded by large areas of farmland but is near enough to the commercial beach areas of Rehoboth, Lewes and Bethany as well as beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay. It it near to major North/South routes leading to the major metro areas of Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA to the north. Taxes are great with very low property taxes and NO sales taxes.
