Denver and Minneaplis - anyone who can compare?

Tracey left a posting on 6/5 - not sure if Tracey will see this, but I'm looking for info/comparison on Denver & Mpls. I have visited Mpls many times, so I'm comfortable in my knowledge of the area, but I'm interested in comparing it with Denver. In your opinion, which is a better city to live? My husband and I love arts/theater/culture/sports, want to live in a big city w/major airport and great education system (pay/job openings) - my husband's a teacher. We've been impressed with the arts/culture and quality and pay scale of teaching jobs in Mpls, but found limited openings in teaching positions. Is this typical? What's Denver's status on education? Any input you have, or anyone else reading this who's knowledgeable on the subject, would be greatly appreciated.
