crime rate increase forcing us to move

After living in Mpls for twenty years and spending tons of money and time fixing up our home it was sad to sell it 20% under market rate just to flee with our safety. Burglarized twice just in Oct 06 we watched helplessly as our once nice city has turned into a high crime hell
