Review of Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Will I make it in M'boro?

I can't get any info. on housing or retail space for rent. Is it growing so fast that I might not be able to find anything? It has been very frustrating for me. I just want to know if I can find a 1,000 sf rental zoned for retail. Not new. Near the college might be good. If anyone can offer help in this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. Should I renew my lease in upstate NY tomorrow, or take a chance and move to M'boro? Thanks!
