College Town

As a college town with Middle Tennessee State University, this city is growing fast. But the cost of living is comfortable and doesn't bear the rising prices as most major college towns. I find it very resourceful as far as nightlife, social life, and relaxing at the same time. Just minutes from Nashville, this town gives a lot more than takes from you.
