Whatever you do do not buy a house in this development. To put it short and sweet a helicopter business opened up next door, and right next to that is a sewerage plant which smells real bad and I was told when the wind blows towards the development it smells real bad and especilly when it get hot the smell hangs in the area. I drove to it which is one street over and the smell was like I just took a dump in the toilet.
