Nice place to visit, not to live.

Warm weather, nice beaches, some good restaurants, and botanical gardens to check out. Unfortunately, the hospitals are terrible, there is not much to do, and too many people in this area do not take proper precautions to keep others safe during the pandemic. Nice place to visit, but not to live.
