Nashville is a delightful place to live

I have lived across much of the United States, from New York City to San Diego, and in towns as small as a few thousand. That's a total of 14 states and about two dozen cities and/or towns. I regard Nashville as the best quality of life of any place I have lived. We live within 15 minutes of all the places we want to go: universities, medical care, downtown, schools (including magnet schools), theaters, ballet etc. We also live in a neighborhood with a large park and greenways, for walking, running, bicycling, etc. We live within a 10 minute walk of about a dozen restaurants (including one of the best in the state), a neighborhood pub, several stores: Target, SteinMart, Radio Shack, etc. Nashville is great. (I can not say anything positive about the state legislature, however.)
