The Beach

New Jersey has some of the nicest beaches around and the weather for the most part is very good. The only down side is Property Taxes and School Taxes are very high and they keep going up. We live in a city called Vineland it is a 40 min. drive to the beach going south and a 40 min. drive to philidelphia going north. we think it is a great place to live the only problem is its getting very expensive to live here. If you plan to retire it would be hard to live in this state unless you receive a very larg pention.
