New Jersey is a great place to live and raise kids. The state has everything to offer such as urban, suburban, and rural lifestyles. Location is ideal in that you have the ocean to the east, mountains to the west. The northern part of the state tends to be a little colder and has great places for winter sports. Within an easy drive you have access to New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. In the state, itself, there are many cultural, arts, and recreational activities. The school systems are very good.
When it comes down to it...I have been trying to leave the state for years always thinking the grass is greener someplace else. Every time I look, I just can't find another place that has so much to offer. So happiness truly can be found in your own pack yard. I am proud to be from New Jersey.
