Who can afford to live here?

I have lived in Toms River, NJ most of my life. Year after year, taxes have increased, cost of living has increased. Year after year, the New Jersey government decides to raises taxes more and more. NOw it's at the point where you have to be extremely wealthy to live comfortably in this state. Unfortunately, I will have to move my family out of the state I have called home since I was a year old.
