Love my house, love my neighboorhood. We own our own business. Between the property taxes and the insurances required for the business, we are leaving New Jersey. Looking for lower cost of living, also both of us will need jobs. Considering North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware, possibly eastern PA, Atlanta GA area. I'd love Florida but too hot for my other half. Would love more info. on affordable/nice areas of Delaware so I could still be in driving distance of the rest of our families in NJ.
