Cost of living

It seems that the population of NJ just keeps growing and growing as does the cost of living. Houses are extremely expensive and continue to rise, including in the areas that used to be more affordable. The problem is that annual incomes are not rising to meet the increases in living cost. The difference in salary from northern Jersey to southern Jersey are astounding. The excuse used to be "cost of living" but now central/southern Jersey rivals northern Jersey in cost. Jersey offers plenty to do, the beaches are beautiful.
